BOTRY-Zen WP 160g

BOTRY-Zen® WP is a biological control agent developed specifically for a longer shelf life than the granular product BOTRY-Zen®. It also is able to control diseases such as Botrytis cinerea and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. BOTRY-Zen® WP is certified organic by BioGro (NZ) and IFOAM (International).

The active ingredient in BOTRY-Zen® WP is a naturally occurring saprophytic fungus, called Ulocladium oudemansii. And the percentage amount of the active ingredient is exactly the same as what is in the product BOTRY-Zen®. The product can be applied at the start of early disease development within the crop, or it can also be used later in the season - after flowering, and it is recommended that a seaweed product, like that produced by AgriSea, is mixed into the spray tank prior to spraying. This provides added nutrients for BOTRY-Zen® WP to spread quickly on the plant surface.

BOTRY-Zen® WP is non-invasive and causes no damage to live plant tissue. With this mechanism of action it is highly unlikely that resistance to BOTRY-Zen® WP will develop.
